Lima, OH (WIMA) -- Lima Mayor Dave Berger spent this past weekend in Boston.
He was not on vacation, he was working, attending the latest U-S Conference of Mayor's annual meeting.
Mayor Berger chairs a committee that covers city water issues, and he told us about 2 decrees his committee put forward.
The Mayor has stood up to the E-P-A for several years, when it comes to mandates and unfunded projects that cities are forced to do in order to comply.
