Lima, OH (WIMA) - A man wanted on murder charges in Paulding County following an incident that took place over the weekend has been found.
Matthew Dempsey was stopped on a traffic violation in Elko County Nevada.
He had a rifle, and finally surrendered without incident after a short time.
Dempsey's girlfriend, Gina Mann, was found dead in her garage on Sunday.
An autopsy report said she died due to multiple gunshot wounds.
No timetable has been set on when Dempsey will be extradited back to Paulding County.
