Lima, OH (WIMA) - The neighborhood concers committee of Lima's city council met Monday evening to talk about Class 1 Residential housing.
They looked at this issue because of parking and parcel constriction in Lima, following a year with many demolitions of dilapidated homes.
Anthony DiPietro, the city's assistant law director, brought up the definition of who is classified as a "family member" in Lima and other cities.
Council members in attendance agreed that the different restriction in other cities may not fit for Lima, citing crowded streets and tight restrictions in Columbus as one example.
