Lima, OH (WIMA) - The safety services committee of Lima's city council held a meeting on Monday evening to let bar owners talk about the city's objection to renewing their liquor licenses.
The bar owners, including Ray Magnus who owns multiple bars in Lima, shared unanimously that closing their bars would push any problems off to other bars.
Council president John Nixon spoke near the end of the meeting, and agreed with the bar owners that objecting license renewals would not be of benefit to the business climate.
