Lima, OH (WIMA) - Lima's City Public Works Director Howard Elstro gave his department's annual report to city council on Monday night.
He also broke information on the Elm Street grade separation project that will begin sooner than you might think.
He said the project is a major need, given the fact that there is no way to cross the railroad nearly 2 miles to the north or south of Elm Street, if a train is blocking someone's route.
The project is slated to begin this April and last until late 2019.
