Lima, OH (WIMA) - The Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal single car crash on Hillville Road east of State Route 65 in Allen County early Wednesday morning.
61-year-old Jill Perham was driving west and traveled off the left side of the road.
She struck a utility pole then went over the railroad tracks and came to rest in a ditch.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger, 60-year-old Steven Perham, was taken to Mercy Health-Saint Rita's with non-life threatening injuries.
