Lima, OH (WIMA) - West Ohio Community Action Partnership is having classes in March in Allen, Auglaize, and Mercer Counties to get homeowners ready to buy a home.
They will show the steps to pre and post purchasing of a home, preventative maintenance measures, foreclosure prevention, and predatory lending.
The classes will be March 5th, 7th, 12th, and 14th from 5 to 8 pm.
They will be at WOCAP's office in Lima on South Central Avenue, the Wapakoneta location on Infirmary Road, and at 420 Brandon Avenue in Celina.
