Lima, OH (WIMA) - State Senator Matt Huffman introduced a resolution earlier this week in the Ohio Senate to reform the way congressional district lines are drawn in the state.
The plan would allow Ohio to constitutionalize basic governing standards and ensure districts are compact and that communities are kept as whole as possible.
Huffman said he is confident a process can be developed that will reflect the will of Ohioans and provide a way for everyone to be fairly represented in Congress.
