Lima, OH (WIMA) - State Representative Bob Cupp announced the passing of House Bill 291 to update state requirements of local governments to protect public funds.
Cupp co-sponsored the bill, and he says the bill would help save public funds and provide greater protection to some political subdivisions.
The bill received unanimous bipartisan support in the House and now goes to the Senate to be voted on.
