Lima, OH (WIMA) - Putnam County Coroner Anne Horstman released information on the woman who was found dead outside of the Hilty Memorial Nursing Home in Pandora on Sunday.
The woman was identified as Phyllis Campbell, a 76-year-old resident of the nursing home.
The autopsy report showed Campbell died as a result of hypothermia.
The incident remains under investigation.
