Lima, OH (WIMA) - A man recently apprehended for his suspected role in a downtown bar fatal shooting was in Lima Municipal Court on Wednesday.
25-year-old Dearin Thomas is charged with murder in the shooting death of 36-year-old Davohn Godsey back on July 5th at the now closed Gas Station Bar.
His case will be bound over to the Allen County Common Pleas Court to be reviewed by a grand jury.
His bond was continued at 1-million dollars, and he remains in custody at the Allen County Jail.
