Celina, OH (from wire reports) -- Mercer County Emergency Management officials told the National Weather Service that at least eight people were injured after a possible tornado touched down in Celina on Sunday afternoon.
Severe storms struck the area around 2:30 p.m..
The Dollar General and Dunham’s Sporting Goods stores along Havemann Road and State Route 29 suffered structural damage.
Numerous power lines were downed as well.
There were also reports of homes damaged in other parts of Mercer County.
The Crown Equipment factory in Celina suffered major structural damage.
Reports of high water and flash flooding that happened in Lima, along with power outages..
The city of Findlay saw some damage as well due to storms and high winds..
The Ralphie's restaurant on Trenton Avenue is dealing with damage to its building.
