Lima, OH (WIMA) - Lima Police officers were dispatched to Lima Memorial Hospital in reference to a stabbing victim brought into the emergency room for treatment on Thursday night just after 11 pm.
20 year old Tamoze Thornton, of Lima, was transported to the hospital, by family members, after being attacked by an unknown man with a knife.
Thornton was reportedly stabbed in the neck, while in the area of the 600 block of Harrison.
The suspect was described as a dark complexioned, black male, in his late 30’s or early 40’s, wearing all dark clothing.
He was also apparently attempting to sell a computer tablet, just prior to the attack.
