Multiple Traffic Deaths in Hardin County

Lima, OH (WIMA) - In an ongoing effort to contribute to safer Ohio roadways, the State Highway Patrol post in Findlay reminds drivers to buckle up and focus on the road while driving.

2 people died in crashes over the October 13th to 15th weekend in Hardin County, and several others remain in critical condition from other crashes.

Both fatalities were a result of failing to yield.

Kenton and Ada Police Departments will join with the Hardin County Sheriff's Department and the State Highway Patrol in conducting targeted enforcement, to focus on failure to yield, seatbelt use, and distracted driving.
