Lima, OH (WIMA) - Just after 10 Monday morning, an Alert Allen County message went out, stating Slabtown between Sugarcreek and Bluelick was closed due to an emergency scene.
The emergency ended up being a home explosion- with people trapped inside.
The Bath Township Fire Department was assisted by American Township, Lafayette, Beaverdam, and the Lima Fire Department.
Rescue workers were able to get the 2 people that were trapped out safely.
