Lima, OH (WIMA) - State Representative Bob Cupp of Lima received the 2017 Dick Maxwell Award on behalf of the Buckeye Association of School Administrators (BASA).
Cupp received the award for his work on reducing the impact of the loss of tax dollars for school districts, school transportation funding, and the connection between education and poverty.
Dick Maxwell served as superintendent in Holmes County and became well-known for his expertise of school funding and tax policy.
