Lima, OH (WIMA) - Lima city council passed a resolution at the beginning of the meeting Monday evening acknowledging the Lima Locos for winning the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League championship this year.
A member of the Locos coaching staff spoke after the resolution thanking council and all of Lima for their support and attendance at the games.
He offered council President John Nixon a baseball from the championship game as a thank you to the city.
