(Beaverdam, OH/WIMA) -- A teenager from Michigan was killed, and six others were injured in a head-on collision that happened on I-75 near Beaverdam just before midnight on Wednesday.
The Lima Post of the State Patrol said 15-year-old Christopher Watson was pronounced dead at the scene..He was one of five passengers in an SUV that was heading northbound.
The S-U-V was struck head-on by a pickup going the wrong way, operated by 64-year-old John Robinson from Arizona.
Alcohol may have been the reason why Robinson was driving the wrong way.
The crash remains under investigation.
