Lima, OH (WIMA) -- Lima Police are reporting to us that investigators received information on a possible location for J.C. Brown, III.
He is wanted for felonious assault, from the Saturday afternoon shooting incident where Ledre Collins suffered a gunshot wound at the Superior Court Apartment complex.
After a brief surveillance of an apartment on the city's north end on Tuesday morning, officers made contact, and Brown turned himself in to authorities, without incident.
