An 'America's Most Wanted' suspect was captured in Florida this past weekend in relation to child sex accusations after his daughters publicly called for his arrest.

Davie Albarran, 51, was taken into custody in Lakeland Sunday (February 18) night on an arrested warrant in Osceola County for sexual battery on a child under 12 and lewd conduct with a child under 12, as well as failure to pay child support in a case out of Orange County, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd announced on Monday (February 19) via the New York Post.

Albarran, who told deputies his name was Jose when he was captured, was previously featured on 'America's Most Wanted' in December 2022.

“Well, he made a mistake,” Judd said in a video shared on the department's Facebook account addressing Albarran's arrest. “'AMW' (America’s Most Wanted) ran him all over the nation and he came to Lakeland. When he came to Lakeland, we received confidential information. They said, ‘Hey, we know where this dude is.’ So we snuck around Sunday night just before midnight in a backyard in Country Haven Drive. Well, it might have been Country Haven Drive, but it was no haven for him.”

Albarran's daughters, who had publicly called for him to pay for his crimes, both shared TikTok posts celebrating his arrest.

Ana Rosa Sosa had previously shared a post urging for assistance in her father's arrest, accusing him of acting inappropriately with her when she was a child.

“Please share and paint the city with his face, she wrote. “My father Davie Albarran is a pedo, he’s on the run and the cops are looking for him.”
