Delphos, OH (WIMA) -- We now know the names of those involved in a two vehicle crash that involved a commercial tractor trailer on U.S. 30 near Delphos on Tuesday.
38 year-old James Patterson of Van Wert, was traveling east bound when he lost control, traveled through the median and into the west bound lanes.
His pick-up truck collided with a semi driven by 79 year-old William Wolf of Colorado.
Patterson, along with a passenger, 30 year-old Jeremy Shults of Van Wert, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Wolf and his passenger, 61 year-old Linda Rinda-Wolfe, were treated for minor injuries and released.
The crash remains under investigation.
