Lima, OH (WIMA) -- The City of Lima is going after the Royal Inn, located at the corner of Market and McDonel Streets.
Part of the roof blew off the building after high winds whipped through the downtown in early April.
No one was injured.
However, LPD has dealt with over 400 various crime calls since January of 2016, and over 40 violations have been filed by the State Fire Marshal's office since 2013.
A lawsuit asking for major improvements or demolition of the building has been filed.
