Lima, OH (WIMA) -- 20-year-old Dalton Duncan was sentenced in Allen County Court on Monday for his role in the shooting death of Damere Oliphant.
Duncan received four years in prison.
He pled guilty to kidnapping with an amended firearm specification.
Duncan was credited with serving over a year of jail time.
21-year-old Colin Dysert and 20-year-old Gavin Lauck have already been sentenced in the case.
Oliphant was shot and killed outside an apartment on Cam Court in Shawnee Township in March of 20-17.
