Lima, OH (WIMA) -- The City of Lima Utilities Department implemented a new billing software system about a month ago.
According to Sara Weekly with the Utilities Department, one of the changes is that they will be sending out notices and out-bound phone calls that are courtesy reminders about your accounts, and anything happening with utilities in the city.
