Lima, OH (WIMA) -- More major construction officially got underway in the city of Lima on Thursday.
The 13-point-8 million dollar grade separation of Elm Street.
The plans include Elm being lowered 20 feet under railroad traffic to allow car traffic to flow without stopping through a roundabout.
City officials have been looking into funding for this project since 1999.
