Lima, OH (WIMA) -- Another "Town and Gown" award has been handed out to a local resident.
The annual O-S-U Lima Violet Meek Town and Gown Award ceremony took place on Thursday night.
Martha MacDonell is this year's recipient.
The award honors those who promote education for citizenship.
Past winners include former city councilman David Adams, Mayor Dave Berger,and one of our own, the late Tom Francis.
