Lima, OH (WIMA) -- The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced the winners of this year's Paint the Plow contest.
This year, Apollo Career Center swept the competition, winning the people's choice award by receiving the most votes on ODOT's District 1 Facebook page contest, as well as being chosen by the county garage employees as the Allen County winner.
High school and vocational school students within the eight-county region paint a snowplow blade with a message of school spirit, Ohio pride, patriotism or safety.
