Lima Council Votes on Liquor License Renewal Rejections

Lima, OH (WIMA) - Lima city council votes on resolutions objecting liquor license renewals for 3 establishments.

Northside Firehouse was the 1 out of the 3 that did not get objected and will face a third reading, while Beantown Saloon and Bisman Investment were the 2 rejected from renewal.

One of the owners, Michael Liles, felt that the owners needed to have their own system to let law enforcement know they are the ones controlling their businesses inside and are limited on incidents outside their doors.

Northside Firehouse’s Frank Lombardo was thankful he wasn’t rejected a license renewal, but he feels ready to continue to fight to keep his business running.
