Lima, OH (WIMA) - It's full speed ahead for the Rhodes State College downtown Lima branch.
Mayor Dave Berger and Rhodes President Doctor Debra McCurdy announced on Wednesday that the final parcels of land were purchased by the city through an eminent domain process.
Rhodes is planning a Center of Health, Science, Education, and Innovation by constructing a $20 million facility.
