Lima, OH (WIMA) - 13 seniors were chosen by their area schools as their Lima Exchange Club "Youth of the Year."
The students were selected by a panel of independent judges based on an essay about "Strengthening America Through Socially Responsible Communities."
Each student received a certificate and a $100 scholarship check from the Lima Exchange Club.
The overall winner of the Youth of the Year Award went to Shawnee High School's Emily Hoffman.
