Lima, OH (WIMA) - Lima State Representative Bob Cupp was back home on Monday afternoon.
He spoke to the Rotary Club, giving them an update on things happening in the state legislature.
Ha also gave an update on House Bill 553 which is aimed at protecting taxpayer dollars and talked about his support for city of Lima officials petitioning the Governor to consider some of Lima's low-income census tracts for designation as Opportunity Zones.
The Rotary also honored scholarship winners, as well as donating to WOCAP as part of their fight against homelessness project.
