Lima, OH (WIMA) - For the second straight day in Allen County Court, a hearing was held for one of the men responsible for the shooting death of another man on Cam Court in Shawnee Township last year.
Gavin Lauck will be sentenced to a mandatory prison term of 18 years to life, after accepting a plea deal on Tuesday.
Lauck was one of three charged in Damere Oliphant’s death.
He has been identified as the one who pulled the trigger.
On Monday, 20 year-old Collin Dysert received a 15-year prison sentence for his participation.
