Lima, OH (WIMA) - Citizens came out to Lima council chambers on Monday night to voice their issues with the Lima Police Department, specifically the way officers are handling traffic stops.
Some of the exchanges, as committee member Jamie Dixon of the 5th ward seat described, got a bit heated.
Dixon says he and the rest of the committee will look at agencies from out of town to conduct an independent investigation of the LPD to see what areas can be improved.
