Lima, OH (WIMA) - Lima Mayor Dave Berger has been a longtime supporter of attempting to get hi-speed passenger rail service to the area, and all through the Midwest.
Last week, he unveiled a new plan, and a firm they're working with based in Columbus.

The technology works like a tube with cars or pods traveling anywhere from 300 to 700 miles per hour.
