From the Office of the Allen County (OH) Treasurer:
Due to Friday’s loss of internet connection in portions of Allen County, including the Allen County Courthouse, the Allen County Treasurer has applied with the Ohio Department of Taxation (Tax Equalization Division) for an extension of time to collect Real Property and Manufactured Home Taxes.
The original deadline was Friday, 02-09-2018.
A request has been made to extend the deadline to Monday, February 12, 2018.
Taxpayers are asked to continue attempting to pay their real estate taxes by credit card online or over the phone if their previous efforts have failed, or in the Treasurer’s Office on Monday.
