Lima, OH (WIMA) - An officer involved shooting incident took place in Oakwood in Paulding County on Friday afternoon.
The Sheriff's Office said deputies were dispatched to 115 North First Street for a suicidal man with a gun to his head.
Deputy Jared Renollet encountered 47-year-old Ray Osborn from Continental in a truck. Osborn got out, and pointed the gun towards the officer.
Renollet fired three rounds at Osborn, but did not hit him.
Osborn was then tased.
He is now at the Paulding County Jail.
