Lima, OH (WIMA) - Coleman Professional Services and St. Rita's Medical Center announced on Friday the opening of an innovative collaboration to address the opioid epidemic.
The Linkage Program will make sure individuals that enter the withdrawal management program have solid community based services ready for them after discharge.
The Coleman staff acts to identify the right level of care for anyone wishing to overcome their addiction to opioids, and over 50 people have utilized the program so far.
