Lima, OH (WIMA) - Lima Senior Alternative School Principal Darnell Collins and his staff were surprised on Wednesday with a "You Rock" award from Crime Victim Services.
The award is a result of the school's support and implementation of the Safe Dates program.
The program addresses issues such as dating violence, signs of abuse, human trafficking, rape, and how to be part of a healthy relationship.
Collins and the Alternative School are one of three to receive the "You Rock" award.
