Lima, OH (WIMA) - Sally Clemans, Lima's current city council clerk, has informed council that she will be retiring at the end of February after 25 years of serving at the council clerk.
Council President John Nixon talked about how working beside Clemans has impacted his time on city council.
Council is accepting applications until December 15th to fill the position.
