Lima, OH (WIMA) - 59-year-old Scott Catlett has accepted a plea deal to get three of four charges dropped in a case against him.
On Monday in Allen County Court, Catlett plead guilty to a charge of kidnapping.
The former co-director of the Our Daily Bread soup kitchen, and son of former Lima Police Chief Frank Catlett, was initially charged on two counts of rape, one count of kidnapping and one count of assault.
Sentencing was set for December 13th at 2 p.m.
