Delphos, OH (WIMA) -- The Delphos Police Department is looking into a home invasion that happened in the early morning hours on Thursday.
Officers were called to the 600 block of Leonard Avenue.
The residents of the home chased a male suspect out of the house..Police think he gained access through an unlocked door. The homeowners were awakened by screams from a girl in another room.
The residents chased the suspect, but he was able to get away.
The suspect is described as having short, dark hair with patches of facial hair, and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt.
