Lima, OH (WIMA) -- The Board of Trustees at the Allen County Regional Transit Authority has voted not to place a sales tax levy on the upcoming November ballot.
The RTA tried last November, but the issue failed.
In a press release, the board cited the cost of a campaign and lack of widespread support to try again at the ballot boxes.
There are no immediate plans for further cuts by the R-T-A, but some could be considered in the future.
