Auglaize County, OH (WIMA) -- An accident at Crown Equipment in New Bremen on Monday afternoon turned fatal.
Travis Temple was working at Plant number 4 when he was struck by a lift truck.
He was transported to Mercy Health-Saint Rita's, where he succumbed to his injuries.
New Bremen Police and OSHA are investigating the incident.
Grief counselors were made available for Crown employees.
