Lima, OH (WIMA) - The Northwest Ohio Literacy Council is hosting a Purse Lottery to help local adult literacy which has 1 in 6 adults at a 3rd grade level.
52 high end purses from Macy's will be given away each Wednesday night during the Ohio Lottery.
You will be called if you are a winner.
