(Undated) -- A new study says adults can improve their sleep and memory by being rocked.
Researchers at a university in Switzerland found that people who sleep on a bed that gently rocks back and forth fall asleep quicker, and get a deeper night's sleep.
They also experience boosted memory consolidation while dozing.
The researchers say the changes are minimal, but can add up over time.
The study was published yesterday in the medical journal, Current Biology.
