If you need to catch some extra Zs, today is your day.  

It's National Public Sleeping Day.  

It's the perfect time to grab some rest in a park, on the beach or any other public place where you feel comfortable.  

If you don't have much time, a power nap of ten to 20 minutes can give you an extra boost of energy.  

For those in need of something longer, a so-called California King nap ideally lasts about 90 minutes and tends to include all the stages of a full sleep cycle.
