Flooding in Findlay, Hancock County

Lima, OH (WIMA) - A flash flood warning was issued for Hancock County earlier this morning, and now Findlay and the entire County are dealing with a number of flooded roadways.

The Sheriff's Office has closed off at least 15 roads and declared a Level 2 Flood Warning meaning only those that feel it is necessary to drive should do so.

Heavy rains fell overnight and early this morning.

The Blanchard River is already in the action stage in Findlay, and in Ottawa, it’s in action stage above 20 feet.

Watch out all over our entire listening area for areas of high water and roads closed off.
