(Putnam County, WV) -- Charges are being filed in West Virginia against a man who allegedly broke into a house and fell asleep in the homeowner's bed.
Officers say Stacy Foster broke through a door in Putnam County and got into the home recently but must have been pretty tired.
The woman who lives there says she came home to find the 39-year-old sleeping in her bed.
She had no idea who he was, called for help and deputies slapped the cuffs on him after waking him up.
