Sever Weather Downs Power Lines, Blows Around Trash in Area

Lima, OH (WIMA) - Strong storms that have included lightning, thunder, downpours, and high winds swept through the area overnight.

Thunderstorm warnings and tornado watches have been issued throughout the night.

Watch out for debris, garbage cans, and other things that may have been tossed around by the windy conditions.

Scattered power outages are being reported, and that has caused Bath schools to delay for 2 hours this morning.

The Allen County EMA office has cancelled the monthly testing of weather sirens that was set for today at Noon.
