One Man Shot, One in Custody from Tuesday Morning Incident

Lima, OH (WIMA) - State Representatives Bob Cupp and John Rogers introduced a new bill last Wednesday.

House Bill 4 would restore statutory penalties for possessing cocaine that were undone after the State versus Gonzales decision in December.

Cupp, Lima's State Rep, described the sentencing for the bill before and after the December decision.

The House Criminal Justice Committee heard more testimonies yesterday, and a full House vote is expected sometime this week.
